These casters made of forged steel, constituting of a single bearing assembly and are without a central kingpin. The brackets incorporate heavy duty cast iron wheels, that are ideally suitable for rugged use, especially on hard concrete, steel rails etc. Specially designed to be used for high temperature applications, such as in paint booths and heating ovens, these caster wheels can withstand rough and rugged handling and mechanical towing. The bearings are seated deep inside and are covered by specially machined bush and side caps to prevent paint and other debris entering into the bearings. Also used are high tension bolts of grade 10.9 and are secured using cotter pins. These wheels are suitable for rough flooring and are not suitable for epoxy or other soft floor types.
